     The eternal quest for the ultimate goal—bliss—proceeds in many directions. Some seek it in various forms of addiction, or others by passionately submerging themselves in work or pleasure. These paths, however, never satiate the true desire for peace or tranquility. Serenity, or peace, is achieved by striving for inner peace first. The most important step in this direction is to recognize the inner child of the mind. The second step emancipating the inner child from all forms of abuse and loving it unconditionally, like a child. Self-love is the key to serenity. 
   Some find serenity in nature, music, meditation or art; for others, serenity is found in visiting with family and friends. No matter which road we take, true serenity is achieved by empowering the inner life and allowing it to reflect the external life.  Life doesn't have to be so complicated.  That is why we have taken special care in developing a website that is easy to navigate.
     We hope you find all the tools you may need to develop a sense of inner calm, happiness, and serenity. We also hope your experience as you surf this site is a pleasurable one and that you continue to visit, for we intend to keep this site fresh, adding new items and updated information as they become available in this ever expanding field of relaxation therapy.
